A small-scale, elegant hotel full of character housed in a beautifully renovated farm from the 18th century. Endless valleys and vast wheat fields form the natural backdrop. Here you will stay on a farm which remains active and where an excellent extra virgin olive oil is pressed. The rooms, with wooden beams and terracotta floors, have been renovated with an eye for detail. The old mill was transformed into a wine bar. The restaurant Il Granaio, housed in the old granary, serves refined Sicilian specialities. It is wonderful to spend some time at the beautiful outdoor swimming pool.
